SHIPPING
CHOCOLATE SOOP is not responsible for any shortages in the case of third party delivery. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties and/or taxes for International shipments.

CANADA AND USA
We have chosen FedEx Ground and Canada Post Expedited or registered mail as our preferred shipping method. Orders within Canada usually arrive within 7-12 days and orders to the US in 7- 12 days.

WORLDWIDE
We do ship worldwide but we have to calculate manually, so please e-mail us with the items you would like to order and their quantities and your complete shipping address. We will e-mail you back with your shipping price would be. We ship via Canada Post Express.

RETURNS
Our products are collectible and are run in limited quantities. All of our products are hand-crafted and/or assembled and may vary slightly from the photographs featured on our website(s) and or third party publication be them print and/or online sources. These variations should be elements that add personality to your art piece(s). These slight differences between pieces add character to the piece(s) and aren't considered "defects".

We do not accept products for return unless items are defective, in which case they will be replaced or refunded at Sellers discretion. We will only accept defective returns that still have all the original packaging, including outer packaging, blisters and/or inserts. In the case of shortages, damage or other shipping issues, Buyer must make any claims within the first seven (7) days after receipt of merchandise. Simply give us a call or send an email prior to returning the item(s) and we'll make things happen.
